The United States system of government is shown in the block diagrams that follow.

The Federal government uses domestic and global feedback to allow comparison with the input. The feedback regarding threats against our country is ultimately delivered to the Director of Central Intelligence (DCI). DCI utilizes agencies within the departments of Justice, Defense, Energy, Treasury, as well as some independent agencies. DCI seems to report to the Joint Chiefs of Staff in the President's Rank Cabinet, while DCI is also an agency within the President's Member Cabinet.

The new Homeland Office that is part of the President's Rank Cabinet and may seem to provide a redundant role with DCI. It would seem like the agencies that are proposed to make up the new Homeland Office should be made the President's eyes and ears within DCI and the departments that are already under DCI. Accountability of the Homeland Office will never be realized outside of DCI. The President may realize that separating the flow of feedback may allow unaccountability due to fragmented authorities. The delegation of authorities to two separate Rank Cabinet members that provide essentially the same function may pose a threat to national security.

It is interesting to take a closer look at the domestic block that represents the Individual State governments. It can be seen that Policy Studies Inc. (PSI) is paid by State governments to subvert the Federal government input, while the Institute for Family and Social Responsibility (FASR) is paid by the Federal government to subvert the feedback to the Federal government. This situation completely insolates the State from control by the Federal government. The most sinister situation that could ever exist would be a proven connection between PSI and FASR. The collaborative efforts of PSI and FASR could allow them to completely control individual states without passing on protections offered by the Federal government.

The President may consider including Ground Zero Services of Long Beach (GZS) to serve as the Sociological Warfare Response agency to provide preservation, protection, and prosperity of American families. GZS may replace the group of feminists from FASR and the profiteers from PSI attempting to turn the President's new welfare reform into a national disaster. GZS will eliminate the Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) by instituting a child support guideline in each state that will be "CUSTODY FREE"©. GZS will also serve as the clearinghouse for child support statistics for the Federal government.

It is important for the President to see the big picture but also to have visibility of those things outside his control.
